Meridian G91DH

Excellent upscaling DVD and very high quailty suround processor in one box. It has been traded in as part of a system upgrade.  This is the DH version which means it only has digital outputs, either a single coax or three wire (used to connect directly to Meridian DSP Loudspeakers, or surround processor). There are pre amp outputs for 2 channel analogue and digital output.  It is the core of a very neat Meridian home theatre system.

 

There are 2 composite, 3 SVHS and 1 component video inputs.  Video may be output on HDMI, Component, SVHS  or composite.  Therefore, the G91 can be used as a video switch with built in upscaling to 1080p, so not only do you get fantastic DVD output, but your other sources can have the Meridian treatment also.

On the audio side this unit includes a FM/AM/LW tuner module.  There is a mulit-channel analogue input, 2 digital coax and 2 digital optical inputs.  The 2 channel audio can be upsampled to 96k output for Meridian DSP speakers.

 

Generally in very good nick, there are a couple of tiny marks on the back of the top case, as detailed in the photos, you really have to look for them.
